Tai Chi Chi Kung
All of the Chiron instructors use the 1st 18 movements of Tai Chi Chi Kung.
This is a series of individual, simple exercises which are designed to promote
the flow of internal chi energy through the meridians.
These exercises are accessible to all ages & physical abilities, are easy
to learn and produce results quickly, if practised regularly.

Tai Chi Chuan Short Form
All of the Chiron instructors teach the Cheng Man-Ching Short Yang Form.
Yang Style is one of the five classical styles of Tai Chi Chuan and the Cheng
Man-Ching version is one of the most popular interpretations taught in Europe.
Tai Chi Chuan is a series of continuous, flowing movements which are performed
slowly and gracefully.
Although initially more difficult to grasp than the simple Tai Chi Chi Kung
movements patience and regular practice can offer the following benefits:
