Alan been studying Tai Chi since 1986. I joined Ronnie’s class in 1991, and have studied Tai Chi under his guidance since.
What Alan teaches: Tai Chi Chi Kung 18 Movements Tai Chi Chuan (Taijiquan) I teach the Cheng Man-Ching short Yang form. I enjoy teaching the form and showing how it can be used as a tool to for relaxation and meditation. I also enjoy illustrating the many aspects of Tai Chi including partner work.
